We will start with an initial Free consultation to discuss your goals, and your past including exercise experiences as well as answering any questions and concerns you may have. Measurements and fitness assessments can also be taken at this time. We will then work together to design a programme bespoke to you, suitable for your goals and will be both fun and effective to achieve them.
This service can be both on a one to one or small groups basis.
